Staying at this luxurious hotel was a unique experience, as it exceeded my highest expectations. the room advantages were beyond exclusive, with private facilities that made me feel like royalty. the bar and lounge area were stylishly decorated and provided the perfect ambiance. the food was excellent, with the special diet menus catering to my needs.

While the service was impeccable, and the staff friendly and helpful, there was a minor issue with the packed lunches, which could have been better. this was a minor concern compared to the overall first-class experience.

Had a wonderful stay at a chic little hotel in a great location. The suite was spacious and clean, perfect for my family. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne, fruit, and biscuits which was a nice touch. The breakfast options were excellent, with a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and yoghurt, and the kitchen was able to make porridge. The martini bar was a great place to unwind, and the staff was friendly and helpful, even assisting with restaurant bookings. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

We had such a nice experience at Dukes. The staff were really nice too make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The gin tasting at the GBR bar was a highlight - our guide, Mariantonietta, was knowledgeable and made it so much fun. The cozy atmosphere and comfortable rooms made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Dukes for a wonderful stay in London.
