Dukes London Hotel

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions. the personalized tour of the facilities on check-in was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and always helpful.

The language barrier was a major issue. Many staff members spoke little to no English, making it difficult to communicate and get things done.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. It is within walking distance of popular destinations and close to the underground, providing easy access to the rest of the city. The rooms are beautifully renovated and offer luxurious comfort, with amenities like premium bath products and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

The hotel lacks a fitness center for those looking to maintain their workout routine during their stay.

Comfortable bed and great shower. Convenient location near theaters, restaurants, and bars. Wonderful location close to shops and art galleries.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was a unique experience, as it exceeded my highest expectations. the room advantages were beyond exclusive, with private facilities that made me feel like royalty. the bar and lounge area were stylishly decorated and provided the perfect ambiance. the food was excellent, with the special diet menus catering to my needs.

While the service was impeccable, and the staff friendly and helpful, there was a minor issue with the packed lunches, which could have been better. this was a minor concern compared to the overall first-class experience.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to provide excellent service. the location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I also loved the attention to detail, especially in the breakfast, where everything was superbly prepared.

My room was not ready at the check-in time, which was quite inconvenient as I had a customer meeting to attend. there were some mix-ups with the morning room service and newspaper.

Had a wonderful stay at a chic little hotel in a great location. The suite was spacious and clean, perfect for my family. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne, fruit, and biscuits which was a nice touch. The breakfast options were excellent, with a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and yoghurt, and the kitchen was able to make porridge. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

We had such a memorable experience at Dukes. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The gin tasting at the GBR bar was a highlight - our guide, Mariantonietta, was knowledgeable and made it so much fun. The cozy atmosphere and comfortable rooms made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Dukes for a wonderful stay in London.

Great location near museums, shops, and a famous department store. Quiet courtyard setting. Small but clean, well-furnished room. Helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and fabulous cocktails. Lovely extra touches like toiletries, coffee, and glass bottled water.

The hotel's location close to Green Park station on the Jubilee Line makes it easy to reach many popular sights in the centre of London. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised by the unexpected treats in our room, which added a special touch to our stay.
